The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin City on Friday threw out the appeals filed by Barr. Omosede Igbinedion, Hon Ehiozuwa Agbonyinma, Engr. Abubakar Momoh and Idiake Patrick.
Barr. Omosede who the Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Ovia Federal Constituency is challenging the decision of the lower tribunal which upheld the victory of Hon Dennis Idahosa of the All Progressives Congress.
Hon Agbonyinma was challenging the victory of Jude Ise-Idehen of the PDP for Ikpoba-Okha/Egor Federal Constituency seat.
