– QUICK INTERVENTION OF NON-PAYMENT OF INDEPENDENT MONITORS FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL 2020 STIPENDS ACROSS NIGERIA.
The Independent Monitors (IMs) of Kaduna State, and Nigeria at large commend your laudable efforts in the engagement of poor citizens to earn a living through the National Social Investment Program (NSIP).
However, it is imperative at this juncture to bring to your notice the ills maltreatment of 3000 Independent Monitors faced across the 37 States of the Federation including F. C .T. Abuja ,by the Hon. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management and Social Development in terms of non – payment of February, March and April stipends that monitors solely depends on for their sustenance/ livelihood,despite COVID-19 Disaster in order to curb the wrath of a menace.
