A Port Harcourt High has nullified and set aside the APC congresses conducted on the 19, 20 and 21 in Rivers State.

The court in the judgement also invoked its inherent powers to make consequential orders setting aside and nullifying the indirect governorship primaries of Rivers APC, the indirect Senate Primaries, the indirect House of Reps and House of Assembly primaries in Rivers APC.

The court had very strong words for those who disobeyed it’s legitimate orders.
