EDO ASSEMBLY ASKS CHAIRMAN TO RE-SUBMIT BRIEF
The Edo State House of Assembly has directed the chairman of Edo Internal Revenue(EIR), Mr Igbinidu Inneh to re-represent a detailed report of its annual performance on the 2017 appropriation budget within two weeks.
The Speaker Rt Hon Adjoto Kabiru gave this directive when the chairman, Mr Igbinidu Inneh presented his brief on the floor of the House.
The Speaker also created two ad-hoc committees to be headed by Hon Christopher Okaiben and Hon Roland Asoro. These committees are to visit the ongoing projects in the state. He also directed the chairman of health committee, Hon Justin Okonoboh to invite the heads of the primary health care in the state. Their reports are to be submitted within two weeks.
The Commissioners of Justice and Education also presented their brief on the floor of the house.
The house has adjourned sitting till Monday October 30, 2017.
