Court stops Obinna Uzo affirms Ifeanyi Ubah
A Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja has made an order restraining INEC and the National Assembly from issuing Certificate of Return or swearing-in Obinna Uzor in the view of the judgement of the Court of Appeal delivered on October, 2019 affirming Senator Ifeanyi Ubah as the duly elected Senator of Anambra South.
