Appeal Court sacks APC rep member in Kogi, orders rerun election
The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has sacked the House of Representatives member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in Kogi state, Mohammed Lawal.

Lawal who is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had earlier won at the elections petitions tribunal in the state.
In its ruling, the court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to conduct rerun elections in 21 polling units in the constituency.
The appeal was filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s candidate, Aloysius Okino.
