Reps suspends plenary session, commence committee briefings.
The house of Representatives will be suspending plenary sessions from 15th to 30th of October.
Addressing journalists, chairman of the house Committee on media and publicity, Benjamin Kalu made this known shortly after the presentation of the 2020 budget.

The House spokesman added that all Ministries Departments and Agencies are expected to defend their budget estimates not later than November 5.
He said this decision was taken so as to enable house committess concentrate on the speedy passage of the 2020 budget before December.
