The Chairman of the Northern Senators Forum Senator Adamu Abdullah has been sacked. The removal was announced on the floor of the Senate in plenary on Wednesday as signed by the Public Relations Officer of the forum Senator Dino melaye Kogi West.
Senator Adamu was immediately replaced with Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamako from Sokoto state.
Senator Adamu was accused of Financial mis appropriation before his removal.
Senator Shehu Sani told Journalist after plenary that the sum of 70 million naira was tendered by the former Chairman of the 7th northern Senators Forum, Senator Sanni Ahmed Lawal to the 8th northern Senators forum but the money has been swallowed by the monkeys. He said Senator Adamu Abdullah should be around to defend himself.
